Con is a commercially astute, customer-focused Business Technology Executive, Change Leader and Advisory Consultant experienced in leading businesses, strategy and transformation. He has led and delivered numerous, significant medium-to-large-scale digital transformation programs in the private and public sectors.
Con is highly experienced at delivering digital technologies in AI/Machine Learning, Data Analytics, IoT, Blockchain and Data Governance. He has worked within the Financial Services, Telecommunications, Supply Chain, Utilities and Public sectors.
He is an analytical thinker with a reputation for cutting through complexity. Con is an innovator producing practical solutions to deliver outcomes that pioneer, build or transform for sustainable benefit.
Con brings a broad international perspective having lived and worked in the UK (London) and led international engagements in Japan, Singapore and offshoring in India.
Con holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales. He has completed an AI Strategy course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has lectured in Organization Change Management at the University of New South Wales. He is a full member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Chartered Electrical Engineer with the Institute of Engineering and Technology (UK).
In his leisure time, Con is an avid cyclist, musician and has coached rugby union teams. He works with a local charity to provide food, shelter and other assistance to homeless people.
