The client initiated the implementation of a comprehensive Business Transformation for its operations across South East Asia. The program was based on an ERP that included Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul, Supply Chain, Financials and HR. The program had faltered and was in danger of failing altogether.
aQintus was mandated to turn around and deliver the transformation program. Turnaround initiatives included restructuring the program, replacing under-performing project staff, movement to a process-centric model and the refocusing of change management activities.
The programme succeeded in deploying the business solution despite nearly cancelling the programme two years earlier. The programme placed the company in a superior strategic position in relation to its competitors who were then faced with “catch-up”.
