Program and Project Management

Project Management Office (PMO)
aQintus can establish a fully functioning Program Management Office (PMO) either within the Business Transformation or as a corporate-wide unit that provides PMO services to a number of projects. aQintus can provide leadership for a PMO plus specific resources used by the PMO.
Project Health Check
A Project Health Check (PHC) can provide valuable feedback to the executive team on the progress of a program. Our health checks will assess the Business Solution being built as well as the effectiveness of the project management processes. A key outcome of the PHC is an indication of, first, how well the scope is defined and, second, how well it is being managed. We also assess the likelihood of the benefits being delivered.
